Development and Engineering
Starting from the beginning of the design phase, we use 3D CAD programs to study product function, dimensions, and critical points. Each phase of the development process is then carefully reviewed and verified to ensure the realization of the final product. We also run a series of tests for each of our new products to ensure that the functionality is stable and secure.
Production System
With a semi-automated production system, our sales and production planning team are able to work seamlessly with each other and satisfy on-time delivery for our customers.
Quality System
At ELAMP, we implement a function-oriented quality management system. We perform hourly quality checks, focusing on the functionality during production for all in-house products to guarantee reliable products in everything we supply.
Since 1998, we have maintained an international quality assurance system, ISO9001. Additionally, in 2007, we achieved the ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System.
All our products are also in line with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive), fully compliant with the EU standard.
